But when dealing with the final phase of a real estate deal - getting the check to the customer is one of the more important parts. Wouldn't you agree? So when an employee gets sick and its during the holiday - have someone else in the office STEP UP AND TAKE OVER TO GET THE JOB DONE. This would ensure that a family's Christmas isn't ruined because the check they were promised made it on time. Please do a better job for the next family. Please follow through on promises made."
