"UPDATE 21 AUG 23… They are dropping me because I can’t afford to pay them another $7000. This is an uncontested divorce and all they care about is money. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with them. Also, don’t let the fact that the owner was in the service sway you like it did me. I’m a combat vet and chose them because he’s military. Wasn’t looking for a freebie, but did expect a lot more than what I was offered and had to chase down. UPDATE… Still no end in sight and after writing this review, I was contacted by Mr. Kirby but only because he wanted this review taken down, sent a very detailed and itemized monthly statement charging me for every little thing they have done, and then was asked for another $3500. If I could do it myself from here I would. Been nine months trying to get divorced. Only time I heard from them was when I reached out to them. I’m a veteran and chose this firm because Mr. Kirby is a former Marine. Never even got to speak with him. Was told would probably take 8 months from “root to fruit”. Nine months in and no end in sight. Only other time I get a response is when I send an email that shows I’m clearly upset and frustrated."
