"I retained David Sowerbutts services. Long story short, we no longer needed his services as we found a solution to the issue without having to deal with lawyers. Therefore, I had a balance left on my account. It took LITERAL MONTHS OF FOLLOW UP ON MY PART TO GET IT BACK. David himself would pass the buck saying billing was handling it. It was never handled. I finally got a hold of billing myself and they sent the check out. The check was made out to an estate that was never even opened and put in a dead persons name. SO I CALLED AGAIN. David FINALLY after months of follow up decided to make things right by giving me my money back. Probably because I threatened to sue him at this point in time. Don’t waste your time or money on these awful lawyers. Also, if you’re wondering how his actual services are don’t waste your time. David made promises he never fulfilled. He stated he would check on whatever question I had and never get back to me about it. No care in the world for his clients. Especially if you have a complicated case, FORGET IT. You will have to deal with the problem in your own hands before you get a solution out of this lawyer."

"Poor representation, cost me over $6,500 for a divorce. My ex spouse did not even have an attorney and I ended up losing. He charged me when my ex spouse contacted him through phone calls and emails. I was not kept informed and I had to reach out to his firm to get updated on my case when it should have been the other way around. Do not hire him for a divorce attorney."

"Most of the good reviews are not real that is my opinion after reading them.. i am a disabled vet injured in iraq in 2003.. Do not ever use this attorney. I retained them to do 1 custody hearing. Gave $2500. Then me and my wife came to an agreement. We did not even have to go to court. My wife and I together drew up our agreement and had this attorney simply draft it in a legal manner and submit . There was no negotiation Nothing. Just we gave them the info and MINDY was to draw it up in legal terms and submit and she did. I assumed the 2500 would cover that maybe I'd get change back. Since no hearing was involved. Then I get a bill for over $3,000 more. Thats $5500 to draft a letter. Before I even saw the bill she put in a motion to nit be my attorney any more. Then I assumed that's it. Nope today I got notice she is taking me to court for 3000$ now o have to fight that. All because she didn't get the money she hoped to get by going yo court and the divorce she was pushing on me . I would not do this if I didn't feel wronged. Everything I said is true 100% because I know this woman would surely sue me for slander if it wasn't true. Believe me unless you are Ritch and don't card abt money do not use this company. They are taking advantage of a family and a disabled veteran and should be shamed."
