"Do not waste your money on this firm. Let me spare you the grief and frustration. Initially, they started off very professional however, my perception totally changed and let me explain why. I hired them to protect my fathers assets while he was alive. The plan I was on was called the Life Resource plan. I signed the agreement on September 14, 2022. My father passed October 2, 2022. Shortly after his passed, I asked for a refund and they started to give me a runaround. The agreement clearly states that if the person of interest passes away within a reasonable amount of time, you would be entitled to a refund. I was not offered one at all. Instead I was brought in and consulted on other services they could provide. My dad owned one piece of property and they said that the firm could make it so that the property would go to you and stay out of probate. Come to find out, I was already online to inherit the property the way the existing title was set up. Now they did file the paperwork through the County’s Surrogates office on my behalf which is great, but I could’ve easily done that myself for very little money. They tried to build value however, they did nothing substantial. Month after month I kept asking for a refund and they kept trying to evade the question and offering other services. Finally, I gave in to the idea of creating a trust for myself. However it took months from the initial consultation until the time I received my first draft of the trust. And in the end, I decided to relocate out of state. Therefore, the trust they were going to create me, would not even be valid in the new state, so that was null and void. In the end, I asked for a record of statement, showing all the billable services rendered to see if I was entitled to any kind of refund and they firmly told me No. Please do not use this firm. It will be an utter waste of time, money, and energy. Do your research and find a better firm."
