"I bought furniture 3 times here and had to make a return on the first 2 purchases... 1st they sold me a bed set with missing wood for the headboard... 2nd purchase I had to return was a kitchen table that had been repaired prior to me purchasing it... there was glue and alternative types of wood put around the legs that obviously did not belong to the original table... Now I have a 3rd time My couch felt funny so I looked under it to see if I could see if the springs were broken or something.... Upon opening the bottom cloth I see all these ply wood piece that didn't seem to belong or make sence.... so I looked closer and found they put ply wood on at the factory to hide the broken supports for the springs.... They literally sold me a broken and then repaired couch as new!!!! I'm sure it's not the store fault however it doesn't change where I bought it from... And because it didn't get brought back within the warranty time frame I was told I would need the original reciept... that I don't have.. I now have to start a BBB claim and file a suit if I want anything done... such a shame.. and so un-American..."
