"I filed April 12, 2023. I was advised by the office when my paperwork comes in I will be contacted. A month later I contacted the office. The woman didn't even remember who I was. She told me "hurry up and tell your partner to come and sign." When he went to the office she informed him the paperwork was expired. Huge lack of communication, unprofessional. I was totally blind sighted, then she ask for an extra $50 dollar to reopen a case I had no idea was closed."

"This place is so unorganized! I paid extra money for services to happen faster and it ended up taking longer due to the fact that the notary there was expired and she did not know !!!!! She didn’t tell me until two months LATER THST I HAD TO DO PAPERWORK ALL OVER AGAIN don’t waste your time here at all. They open and close when they want and leave notes on the door saying they’re closed. They schedule you for an appointment and they don’t even arrive on time. I filed 3/18 today is 6/8/21 I haven’t heard anything yet. I could have paid $130 at city hall and waited this long. We paid $500 and FOR WHAT?"

"Wildly unprofessional. Made off-handed comments during the process, never called to let us know our decree was done even though it was supposed to be sent in the mail. Argued with me over the phone saying she called us both and should charge a storage fee for holding it a month. Never answered an email requesting the paperwork."
