"As soon as you go in the store there's some holiday items that's in a bin & on the shelf that says 50% off, as I'm in the line the cashier tells me that the boxes aren't on sale because another customer tried purchasing them (why did the boxes make it back to the bin, why weren't they removed), then another Christmas item that's on the shelf scans full price. She calls over a coworker & I try explaining to the coworker that they were over there where the sale sign is but scan the original price. The coworker did try asking the cashier why were they not scanning, but the cashier says with an attitude, it's not her fault either. I never once said it was anyone's fault, I knew it wasn't mine because I didn't put them there, someone that works there clearly did, but you're the one with an attitude !! Sweetheart you need better customer service !! The part that got me was, "I'm calling my mom stand outside & wait" being yelled across the store. Honey if you feel threatened I'm sure you're trained to call 911."
"Just went into store looking for Xmas items - they have them in boxes but young lady said the don't put out until Nov. I asked for a manager and she said "he not in". Asked cashier if a manager was around and she pointed to the person who said the manager was not around. I will never ever return to this store. I wanted to purchase boxes of items not judt one item. I will take my money to a store in PA suburbs or NJ where there is better customer service. Wish I could rate this store a -5. Too bad it is not a priority to please the customer. Serious training is needed in this store."
"Horrid place. Go to another Dollar Tree. Every time I've gone here there are boxes everywhere. Things are not where they belong so you have to look through the piles of out-of-placed items. So much clutter makes you want to run out the exit."
"I've had my fair share working here. The management is just horrid, I've been working for Dollar Tree for several years and this is one of the worst ever. The store is a constant hazard, and with boxes all over the store, handicapped customers are limited in their shopping experience and because the U-Boats are not organized properly, stocking becomes 5x more difficult as it requires you to move aisle to aisle if you ever wanted to finish one. The amount of store violations baffles me on a daily basis, but hey, I'm not the Store Manager. Ever wondered why you always see different associates and assistants overtime? Because nobody wants to work with a unprofessional manager, everyone knows and sees it. I absolutely enjoyed majority co workers who came and left. I respect you all and hope best of wishes. And dealing with the customers wasn't a bad experience either. Sure, not the best neighborhood, but you still have some really nice people passing by and they made it worth it all. Overall, it's a convenient location for some, I recommend checking Tuesdays for frozen foods, and over the weekend or thursday for restocks as most of the stocking is done the day before the next shipment arrives (Friday) and right after (sat and sun)"
"This Dollar Tree is an absolute dump and in a dump of an area. I don't know why I bothered. The moment I saw the bums in front, I knew I should have avoided going inside. I should have listened to my intuition. And the ONLY reason why I went inside is because I love going to different Dollar Trees and comparing them. If you're thinking of going to this particular Dollar Tree. DO NOT. Go elsewhere. Go way out your way if need be but don't come here. The staff was rude (save for one nice gentleman), ghetto as hell, carrying on inappropriate conversations. The place is an absolute dump crawling with suspicious characters and yet they had the nerve to ask me--no, DEMAND--that I check in my bag. Why the hell would I do that? When you got people walking out with items. Anyway, you get the point. DO NOT come here. Move on elsewhere. This places needs a major facelift. I've been to 3rd world countries that have less suspicious markets. PROS: -NONE CONS: -EVERYTHING"
