"Only negative comment right away - ugh - the black couch we sat in at the front left of the cafe was awful. It was probably 6 inches too low to the tables, so half of our party struggled to eat, drink, and play games the entire time. Now on to the positive! We enjoyed all of the food and drinks we had, service was generally very prompt despite how incredibly busy they were. I also always appreciate patient staff when it comes to larger parties, they were so kind even though I know big groups of people can be annoying. The phoenix feather was a really cool cocktail, and they have a great beer selection. The food was great, although we wish portions had been slightly larger, but that's simply because we had a big party. I would recommend asking the staff for game suggestions even if you have experienced game players with you, they were very upbeat and happy to have comments and participate in our groups banter. We ended up playing Yahtzee and codenames, which is always fun for larger groups. I think this would be an amazing place for a date, or a small group of 4 people to hang out at. Generally good vibes and we will be back for sure, but I will never opt in to sitting on that sofa ever again, haha."

"I have wanted to come here for quite some time. I live in New Orleans but I was determined to get to this game shop during a visit up to Philly. Definitely not disappointed! The food is amazing...easily the best I've ever had at a game Cafe. Sunny was my server and they were just the best!! Super sweet, extremely attentive...(and it was packed that night!) Thanks Sunny!! Being able to reserve a table online was great. We had plenty of time to eat and enjoy Isle of Cats. Hope to make it back here every time I visit!"

"This venue is a gem! As an out of state resident I was thrilled to see that a local business existed that let you play board games, enjoy great cocktails & have great food all under the same roof! All members of staff were extremely helpful if we ever needed them. We had a few minor issues with service, but we understand that for a Sunday there were more people than usual. They played the football games while we were there but the atmosphere of everyone in there was amazing. I’d be more than happy to visit this establishment over and over again. What a great crowd and business model!"

"I love this place!!! The atmosphere was lively and very welcoming when I came. It’s a good spot to come with friends or even family/kids. Our gamekeeper Wes was so helpful in narrowing down game options for us and we ended up enjoying each game. The people and service is amazing :D I’ll be returning in the future"

"This is definitely a place to visit. The vegan/vegetarian menu was incredible. It was hard to pick something to try with so many delicious sounding items. It was sad to hear the seitan wings were sold out but the Buffalo "chicken" sandwich was so good. Plus the French fries were some of the best I ate. You could stay here for hours, eating and playing all the games! Plus with the added bar menu, amazing! It's a great place for everyone! I'll be back!"
