"Good stock, good key maker when machine is down but clueless staff. I mean i guess thats an expectation and all but it gets frustrated when you bring back a recall item and have to explain what a recall is."

"Bought a range and microwave from Lowes and it came in today. They brought the items from the back up to the customer service desk. I assumed that they would offer to have someone help me load it since I was there by myself but that offer never came. I ended up loading the range and microwave myself and even returned their dolly and cart to the service desk. Whatever happened to customer service? When I worked at lowes in Uniontown, I would always ask the customers if they needed help loading their items. No matter their age or gender. It was just second nature to ask someone if they needed help. I guess those days are over at Lowes in Belle Vernon. So is my shopping. I'll drive the 30 minutes to Home Depot going forward."

"Do not come here if you’re looking for the “Lowe’s knows” experience. The woman and the paint counter did not wish to discuss which paint would be the best for my project. In fact, she wished to discuss nothing. She mumbled as few of words as she could while completely avoiding eye contact. The only friendly faces were the women dancing at the self checkout."

"I went to rent a carpet cleaning unit with attachment hose and was given a dirty unit that soiled the items I was intending to clean. It was ironic that the person who initially helped us mentioned they had received an extremely soiled unit and that the customer had to have sucked up sand and goop…well that’s the unit we received, still dirty clogged and contaminated in the clean tank. We had to clean it just to use it correctly. When I went to return it, the customer service associate tried to ping the store leader on duty but they refused to come to service us. Everything went wrong, think twice about renting any carpet cleaners, especially with the attachment hose. This Lowe’s is not even capable of executing the contract agreement, virtually half of the contracts we saw were not signed by the customer, and we were never asked to sign either. Truly disappointing!"
