"I found the tonkotsu broth to be really nice; rich and creamy. The chashu and egg weren’t anything worth mentioning but the kimchi and other ingredients were high quality. The atmosphere is cozy with nice decor and chill Korean music. Friendly service."
"The 1st visit at Shokudo. There's plenty of parking available. The place is sparkling clean and adorned with authentic Japanese interior and fancy k-pop. A tiny cat (not real...) on the table greeted me with its cutest tail. The combination of Pork Gyoza & Tonkotsu Ramen with a hardboiled egg was just perfect. I was surprised by the depth of the broth and the physical depth of the bowl. The owner was super friendly, always wearing a smile, and provided dedicated service. After a tiring day, I was searching for a place to find solace through food. I stumbled upon the right place at the right time. It made me realize that great food accompanied by excellent service can be truly healing. If you get a chance to visit Shokudo, please ask the owner about the secret behind the depth of the broth. Thanks a lot, Shokudo! See u again soon."
"The best Tonkotsu Ramen and Shrimp Tempura nabe udon I’ve tried. The spicy pork buns, pork gyoza, and spicy pork rice bowl are excellent appetizers or side dishes. Thank you to the owner who is super friendly. 100% recommend."
"A very quaint and cute restaurant. Service and staff were friendly. However, you do have to wait a while once you order. When we came, it wasn't very busy but still took a while to get our ramen. I would hate to see this place when its busy. It will be a lot of hangry customers. The chicken karaage appetizer was good but pretty small in portion size. The ramen was ok. I've had better. They charge an additional $1 for an egg fyi."
