"I am a former employee. Because of my experience working at Zwicker & Associates, I gave up working in the legal field. There was no healthy environment to develop new employees. Like many places, Zwicker was cultish and imhumane. In debt collection, employees are trained to prioritize billion dollar companies over regular people. The most notable case I oversaw was an elderly woman who was the victim of fraud. This woman was in her 80s and on a fixed income. There was no policy in place that gave us permission to share with the clients that she had rights and no policy that allowed us to document circumstances where clients had mental disorders such as Alzheimers or dementia. Unethical is the kindest way for me to describe Zwicker."
