"Wow! We should have stayed home with the service that we experienced this evening. First, we were informed that the soda and icee machines were down. Next, we were told that it would cost us $7.00 or more for a cup to get water and ice. Then one of the chairs that we were sitting did not work. Finally, from the time that we enter the building there was trash and popcorn everywhere. We were totally embarrassed because we decided to take our out of town guest to this establishment. $76 dollars for a terrible experience!"

"This theater is not best theater I’ve been to other theaters the staff are much more helpful and lady staff has even come to theaters I am in to personally help me with stuff I need help with and I tip them of course. Here is more like a DONT bother us we don’t bother you kind of environment. But it has the potential to be greater with staff helping us patrons in our personal life and becoming our life long friends. If they make the efforts, they will be rewarded and we will come more, buy more, and they will get more hours."

"I went to the movies with my two friends. We bought the tickets, no warning. They did not let us through the door. Said we were under age. had our mom drive all the way back to then buy a ticket the worker said she could leave through the emergency exit so she did. then this worker came into the movie theater and kicked us out in front of the whole theater. never coming back"

"Good theater with comfortable seats and great auditorium layout. The staff is friendly too. The downsides are cleanliness and lack of basics. First, cleanliness. The bathrooms here are always wet. Always. Not “this place must’ve been cleaned recently” wet, more like “someone told their 3 year old to go to the bathroom alone” wet. The reclining seats are comfy as mentioned above, but do yourself a favor and never look - or reach - between them. Second, lack of basics. The last time we were there (about a week prior to this review) they had no napkins. None. No paper towels instead, they just had nothing to clean off the butter/grease from your hands or wipe the soda from your cup. They serve actual food here (though they were out of several items, at the first show of the day right at lunch time) so you would think that some type of wiping/cleaning item would be a priority. Nope. This means most people are using their clothes or surroundings (see note on cleanliness) instead. Overall, it’s a good theater to catch a movie it could just use some very basic attention."

"It's a very nice cinema hall. It's the closest to my home so most of the time I come here. Especially on Tuesday for $5 show all day on a standard filling and we text it cost you $6.50 for adults."
