"Yesterday I scheduled a online consultation with Mr. Garibian for 6:15 am. This morning the consultation was cancelled via an email notification. I called the office to inquire about the cancellation. I was told to call back around 9am to speak to the receptionist. I called back to speak to the receptionist. She proceeds to tell me she doesn't handle online consultation. She did take my information and told me she would ask the attorney if he would handle my case. I was told if she didn't call me back that means no to representation. I'm new to this litigation world, is this the norm? No customer service. I guess it is a blessing in disguise. If they are too busy for a consultation, the attorney might be too busy to effectively ligate my case."
