"I was rear ended over 3 years ago now, and this case is still going on. Bartlett does not like returning phone calls. He is not an aggressive lawyer, but a very passive one. If you want someone whom will DEFEND YOU, look somewhere else. If you just want anybody cheap, again look somewhere else. My case was open and shut, yet it hasn't been, because of him. And he made decisions without my consent or knowledge, so I've filed complaint with md courts as well. Do your self a favor, hire anyone else."
