She reviewed all of the contracts, prices and payments with us in depth and made sure we understood all of the conditions. This was the first time we traveled with them and they made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I will definitely be traveling again with Breakaway!"

"I had a BLAST with my friends and fiance at our show. It was my first Broadway show I'd ever been to. Also, the reviews that talk about refunds were offered tour protection at LEAST twice before this incident, and Breakaway tours offered them a bunch of waivers for things they normally would've been liable to pay for and they declined those options."

"My wife had to have emergency surgery and had to cancel her trip and they will not refund any money blaming hard times due to covid well that's no way to run a business I bet the government helped you out during covid just like they helped out other businesses, people please don't make the same mistake of booking a trip with them all they care about is the money not you."

When I called them to try reason with them, all she could say is "we offer protection" and is still using COVID as an excuse to keep my mother-in-laws money. She would have been there NO MATTER WHAT, if she had a choice. It breaks her heart not to go and they can't even offer a refund. It may or may not be legal, but I KNOW it's not moral. All of that being said: I'm not sure I'd be going anywhere with this place. No reason to call this place, Keep looking! google search "tours" it lists a lot of other places that put people before money... Just give her her money back I will consider changing my review."
