"The ultimate cozy bar and restaurant with great food and cocktails. A good beer list too. After a lovely meal you can sit in one of the front living rooms with a coffee or after dinner drink sitting by the a fireplace. This is the perfect time of year to come here and get into the Xmas spirit."

"Had Thanksgiving dinner. Food arrived barely warm. Had to par separate for rolls and a salad. Cranberry sauce was inedible. No gravy on potatoes has to ask for it. Paid extra for a roll and the butter tasted strange. The ambiance was very nice. My thanksgiving which I've had to work the last three years was pretty much ruined."

"Have been to Fox and Hound numerous times. The food and service had been top notch; drunken clams, roast chicken, keto steak, salmon, delicious! Until this past Thursday. My son and I each ordered the drunken clams and their Thursday prime rib special. The clams were very tiny and the portion small. Had them before served with a nice possible sourdough seasoned grilled bread. Thursday they were served with white bread thrown on a grill. I have had prime rib numerous times in different restaurants, beautiful thick slice nice pink color. The prime rib served here was out of a horror show. Flimsy slice of meat I think they threw on a grill. It tasted like smoked sausage. Absolutely not worth anywhere near the $40.00 per order! The service was also poor even though the place was almost empty and the indoor dining was not an option. There was even an issue with the drinks. Unfortunately I will not be spending my hard earned money here again anytime soon."

"While we were staying at a local hotel when participating in a 500 mile charity bike ride, we chose to eat here and I am so glad that we did. We got a table quickly even though the place was slightly busy but we happened to get there just before the dinner wave hit. The locals clearly love this place and for good reason. The food is phenomenal. The tavern steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The brussel sprouts were out of this world delicious and the jersey corn maque choux was so very good that I couldn't stop eating it. The staff was super friendly and we noticed them all helping each other out which made things flow super smooth. Can't wait to return and enjoy another meal here!"

"Needed to make a pit stop during our road trip and ended up here for dinner around 6PM. There were plenty of patio tables open at the time we arrived, but it quickly filled up. Food was delicious, service was great (thanks, Kyle!) and the entire staff was so kind. I forgot my baby’s burp cloth at the end of dinner and our server came out to the lot to find us. The burger was really meaty, my salmon salad was cooked to perfection, and the drinks were just right. If I am ever in the area again, I would come back here!"
