"Erika wasn’t professional and displayed poor judgment. On small issues like replying to email, on many occasions it would take several reminders before she would reply and when she did she sometimes admitted that she wasn’t up to date on the issue at hand. That was annoying and unprofessional but not material. The most concerning issues involved her not disclosing two material conflicts of interests and then involving our child in our marital dispute. From my point of view these were examples of an ethical lapse and a shocking display of poor judgment. Given her unprofessional behaviors and lack of good judgment, I would not recommend Erika Slater."
