"The worse experience ever!!!!! My case have been ongoing for almost a year and still have yet to receive an update…. The other party accepted liability almost 8 months ago… Every time I call the office Jessica answers the phone and ask I to speak with Inayah or Keddrian they are never available, Jessica takes a message…which I never receive a call back …The lawyer is never available I have yet to meet or speak with him personally… If I could save someone the troubles from this law firm I would recommend staying away, they act as if your case isn’t important enough to kept you updated on the case and always act like it’s a issue when you call to receive an update!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS LAW FIRM !!!!"

"If I could give this law office zero stars I would…. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM… They are scammers!!!!! The young lady who answer the phone(Jessica) is very ghetto and they all act like they don’t know what they are doing. You never can talk with the lawyer you have to go through staff that don’t really know anything… it’s been almost 8 months for a case and still have yet to get an update. Inayah definitely shouldn’t be in charge of handling cases because everything you ask she doesn’t know the answer. Keddrian is never available or return messages or phone calls. Spoke to the lawyer once and he said he have a lot case and everything need to go through his staff but the staff doesn’t have the answers or the knowledge to any of my questions. Once again this is the worse law firm and they should be shut down!!!!!!!!"

"Never again. I have yet to get an update on the status of my case. Mind you, we already know the other party is at fault. They NEVER return phone calls and they claim they will relay the message to the lawyer, who I have yet to speak with. They have been giving me the run around for months now. They told me I will hear from someone within 30-40days with a settlement offer. Of course I haven't heard, so I had to call to get info. Then they say it should be by next month, STILL nothing yet. Of course I called them again, and someone told me I had to wait the 30-40days which I already did!!!! There is no reason the client should have to keep calling for an update, that's not my job, it THEIRS!!! So unprofessional!!! As If my case is not good enough for them to care. If I could, I would go a with another attorney cause this place is terrible. NEVER again. Mad they was referred to me. My accident happened last June, 8 months ago!"
