"Terrible company to work with. They act like they are nice people and that they will be there for you, but you will see the truth fast. They don't like calls or to try to help you understand the job! All that is cared about here is running a business. When things seem to good to be true, most times they are. I just can't believe how unprofessional they act when you tell them you are not interested anymore. The pay is cheap...and they lie that they will overnight the documents to you...not gonna happen! Please search other process server companies out here before putting your hopes in this place. I see it more as being a crackhead working for these people. Trust me once you sign up you will see for yourself. This is not a good company and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody."

"The process server manager Barbara told me via phone that they never received our documents or check. They did, the check was deposited 5 days after we mailed it. We were never informed at any point regarding the case and as a result wasted significant time and money. I received a condescending suggestion that next time I email a summons(no can do, it needs to be original), and then after confronting her about the fact that they had received our materials and deposited our check, I received not a half-hearted apology, but more like a 1/4 or 1/8 hearted apology. If you are looking for a process server, you can do better."
