"New pool owner here! Not a new pool but a new to me, very large in ground pool that has not had any sort of regular maintenance in what would appear to be SEVERAL years. AAA pools has help me navigate this "work in progress pool" and even get some good weeks of swim now at the end of summer. ( We didn't move in until the end of July". While the amount of patchwork done on the filtration system has been discouraging, AAA has helped me to not just throw in the towel for the summer. They also have my family looking forward to next spring and them fixing the pump, filtration and plumbing systems so that we do not have a repeat of the end of this summer! The office staff has been very helpful and patient (thanks Michelle, Travis, Ian and Marc) with my questions and somewhat daily visits. Every technician that has come out to the house has also done above and beyond for us and our pool. Today is sadly the day I am going to make a decision on a closing date for the season but I know AAA will help through this process. They will also likely enjoy a break from me for the winter, but I am sure I can find a reason to come chat! Thank you AAA."

"Every year I ask for our pool to be swimmable by a certain date. I ask them “what day would YOU need to open the pool for me to jump in it?” Every year, on that date… it’s green. I get a new and different excuse each time. Please. Someone open a pool service in King George, VA."

"If you're in the market for a swimming pool, I would strongly recommend AAA Pools. There are many options available to fit any budget. Very professional, helpful, and informative at all levels of the organization. From the initial appointment to completion, it took less than a year. Beginning of construction began in October and we were completed shortly after the new year. Happy family here! Thank you."

"Signed contract September 2020 for install end of January 2021. Construction started June 2021 for a "30-45" day project (still not complete May 27, 2022). Many issues: -Concrete color is salmon, not tan, even AAA workers have said they don't think it is the color they intended -$10k in damages to asphalt driveway (that we were assured by the owner wouldn't happen because we would start our build in January when the ground is frozen) -Major grading issues that causes pool to flood any time it rains -Project abandoned by Brian in August 2021 -Firepit was thrown off to the side and not incorporated into our design -Poor Quality/Workmanship with concrete: no 90° angles, crooked lines, sharp surface, etc. -Tan fence installed with 3-4 different shades (after wrong fence color against our HOA was delivered) -Backwash line overflows/doesn't drain and is eroding our basement foundation and retaining wall -Not enough characters to continue this list. May 2022: Still waiting on project to be finished/corrected. No urgency because this is their "busy season" and have new pools to install. This is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. Richard Shaver (owner) sat at my breakfast table and told my husband and I that he would build us a backyard oasis. He talked about God and doing good for people. Haven't heard from him since the day we signed the contract. I would love for him to photograph our project and proudly present it on his social media without using Photoshop. If I could have them dig it up and refund us, I would. Do your research, check reviews, BBB (they are not accredited), etc. There are better pool builders in the area (Marshall Pools)."
