"The hotel itself is fine but they tried to charge us a parking fee which no one saw on booking. I even went back and tried to rebook another room and didn't see it. This is a random suburban hotel not something in the middle of NYC. Give me a break."

"When entering the facility the hotel has to much Christmas ornaments it over power the lobby took away from hotel ambience, not to mention the price of a Coke Cola soda was $5.66 (20oz) really can you say price gouging. The lobby looks like the dollar tree threw up in the lobby on cheap ornaments. So I thought twice about staying, if the soda was priced at $5.66 I know they over price the rooms. I attended a function and decided not to stay, due to being overwhelmed by to many cheap Christmas ornaments and over priced beverages. #PriceGouging Safety hazard the parking is poorly lit, last but not least the vestibule had a nasty smell. I went to the 7-11 and brought 2 (20oz) Coke Cola for the price of buy 2 for $4.00"
