"Great time for the whole family! Bumpers and ramps for the little ones. Nice little arcade area. Good fast food. Love how they treated my kids - not as annoyances but with kindness and respect. Kids had a lot of fun earning tickets for pennies then redeeming for little candies like 2 Tootsie rolls for 5 tickets or 5 cents. We will definitely be back."
"When we went I had a party of 9, the woman I spoke with said there would be over an hour wait period, which was fine until she said I will call your parties name if you or someone from the party doesn’t respond I will skip your name and go to the next party. A better way of doing things would have been to add our names or a number to a sheet of paper so we weren’t left standing in the lobby. If there is a waiting list then there needs to be seating for parties that are willing to wait."
