"He treated my family member with disrespect. I went along to support a family member and the lawyer yelled at both of us. He knows his clients, like my family member, are vulnerable and thus uses that to his advantage to exploit them. He yelled at me because I was asking for a clear timeline of the process and an invoice (which we never received, by the way.) He also yelled at me when I questioned why he seemingly arbitrarily upped the price AFTER he found out my family member had sold land. I called him out for yelling at me and he did apologize for yelling, but this behavior is still unacceptable to begin with. Furthermore, the woman admin at the front desk was always short and rude with us. To add insult to injury, I was copied on an email meant for ANOTHER CLIENT. This email had private, sensitive information in it. This is a breach of his other client's privacy and is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Once they had my family member's money, they treated us like dirt."
