"This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Filthy - elevator and lobby disgusting. Place smelled like someone was cooking. Mattresses uncomfortable and it took ten minutes to get barely warm water in shower. Breakfast was OK but they decided to have cleaning crew washing floors in eating area so not only could you not sit and eat there, but you had to walk through wet floors and try not to slip/fall. Don't stay here - it's truly awful."

"Stayed three different times at this hotel. First time, the key card didn't work to the room so I had to go back to front desk (I was furthest from the elevator, carrying multiple bags with an injured knee). They reprogrammed the key card. It still didn't work so I had to go back a second time. They gave me a new room. This room was not clean and it had a foul odor so I had to go back a third time to request a new room. They accommodated but needless to say, I was highly agitated by that time. The second stay was better but I attempted to watch TV late that night and for some reason it stopped working (It worked fine earlier). I was only staying one night so I didn't say anything, but I was disappointed that I couldn't turn on the morning news. The third time I was in a room on the third floor facing a well lit parking lot. The light outside of the window was so bright that I couldn't sleep. No curtain to darken the room and the white blinds had no effect. On a positive, good location, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is always good."

"My stay was only one night for business but the room was very nice and clean. The only issue was I had a 2nd floor room on the front side of the building so the parking lot light was basically shining right in my window. The curtains did not go wall to wall so it was a bit bright while trying to sleep."

"The room was musty smelling, there's new water damage in the bathroom, it looks like a leak from above. The door has about 1/4 inch of light that shows around it. It was noisy in the morning. Beds were good though. Breakfast was disappointing. Burnt parts mixed in the scrambled eggs. One cinnamon roll, dried up sausage."

"The staff was extremely wonderful especially the woman that checked us in. The rooms were comfortable. I would have liked more variety for breakfast. The first morning was cheese omelette. Cheese and eggs don't belong together. And there were no potato offering such as hash browns. Other than that it was a good experience."
