"For my particular case, I wanted 50/50 custody of my child. I was living with my wife at the time and had some hurtles to overcome. I was very happy with the plan Greg had devised and I felt very strong if we had to actually go to court. However, we never had to go to court and my wife and I ended up signing an agreement between us which was then approved by the court.
