"Nicole will give you false hope and an impression of compassion until the hearing date is near. By that time it’s too late to hire a new attorney or request a refund. A lot of attorneys are solely in it for the money. Unfortunately Nicole is one of those attorneys. You really have to do a ton of homework and research on the attorney you wish to represent you. It's very hard to find an attorney who's willing to really listen and fight. Her interest was never in understanding my child's needs or the background of a difficult and stressful situation. She made very biased, ignorant remarks about the other party. She speaks so fast and rushes through details too making it hard to understand some things. I live in another state so all was done telephonically. By the end of the hearing, my child and I ended up with a far worse judgment and I was charged additional fees that were ridiculous. After the hearing she didn’t even bother to call. She emailed and sent an invoice. Also, Heather, the paralegal there, was very rude and Nicole made excuses for her rude behavior. Heather is no more than a bill collector. Every email or phone call from her is about money. I wouldn’t recommend this firm."

"This was the most unprofessional lawyer experience I have ever had. I was lied to about the fee being a flat rate. I had to seek different representation right before my hearing because I emailed and called several times and never heard back. Even though this firm did not even represent me, I then received an invoice stating I still owed them money even though the “flat fee” was paid up front. They took my money, barely did anything for me, lied to me, never returned my phone calls, then had the audacity to tell me I still owed. So unprofessional."

"My interaction with this office was one of the most unprofessional and stressful experiences. I reached out to get information on preparing basic estate planning documents before the arrival of our first child and spoke with the paralegal Heather. After quoting a price, she immediately asked for credit card information that could be used for payment before she could send any information. I was put off by this and should’ve declined upfront given that I didn’t have the services discussed in writing via an engagement letter, but I was eager to get things done and proceeded to provide the information. They sent over intake forms and charged my credit card the quoted flat rate of just over $900 and I had to ask again for an engagement letter to be sure we were on the same page regarding the services discussed verbally, as I wanted to have it in writing before proceeding. As it turns out, there was misalignment once the engagement letter was sent and I no longer wanted to proceed. The paralegal stated she would refund me, but after multiple follow-ups and over 3 weeks passing by, I still did not show the refund. I called the office multiple times and Heather could not have been ruder. I politely asked for documentation on the refund and she was frustrated with me immediately and stated she already sent it twice but would send again. I wouldn’t waste time calling with a newborn at home if she already sent it. What she eventually did send was unhelpful and vague and did not clearly document the refund. I called back again and she hung up on me after I asked for more details and was extremely agitated with me and never once apologized for the inconvenience, but quite the opposite was angry with me for apparently bothering her. I actually asked her why she was so hostile and rude with me, as it truly upset me and caused a lot of stress. I finally had to open a dispute with Amex and got the refund shortly after. I cannot speak to the lawyers in this office, as I never dealt with them during this process, but have never been treated so poorly or unprofessionally for what should have been a very simple and professional ask and interaction."

"I am writing this review at my son's back to school night.....which to most people is normal but for me it is the FIRST one where I have full Legal and physical custody of him!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I was on the wrong end of the law as a result of my former addiction and was petrified to fight for my son in Delaware County where I had a criminal history!!! Nichole was amazing.... she handled everything for me and I just can't thank her enough!!!! Even from Lancaster Co I felt confident in my lawyer and her ability!!!!They fought for me the way I fought for my son and for that I am forever grateful!!! Beyond 5 stars!!!!"
