Reviews of Cyber Quest at Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino
"Great price and size. The staff are super interactive. When we were there there was a guess how many candy are in the container game going on. My son got to guess a handful of times. It was fun that it wasn't just over and done. Then they showed us a shamrock scavenger hunt. Mommy, daddy, and 5yo had fun looking around for the hidden stickers! Lots of fun! The three of us playing consequently spent about $25 for 45 minutes, not including the 15-20 minutes on the scavenger hunt."
"My kids, a 5 year old and 10 year old had a blast while I went out into the casino with the my gals. They came back with prizes and stories of how fun the games where while I enjoyed the company of my former college roommates. I would recommend this spot for any other single mothers with young kids trying to have some fun."
"Cute area with a lot of different games to play. I especially loved that there was a zombie game that my son and I could play together and we received ticket credits for it. A few of the games were showing operational but did not work when you tried to play them which left you out of the 100+ credits that you put in to play. The prizes were decent. Overall a cute place but not very big."
"Spent hours here today, and experienced multiple occasions of unprofessional and rude behavior from the arcade staff. I was playing a bowling game against my girlfriend side by side, and my ball got stuck at the end of my lane. Because the bowling frames were timed and I was able to lose my turn, I took a ball from her lane and rolled it on my lane to retrieve my ball. A staff member named Kyle T came up to us and told us that we should not cheat, and there should only be one ball per lane. I told him that I was simply trying to get my ball back so I can continue to play. However, he refused to accept my explanation, and talked over me to accuse me of cheating. He added with exact words, "This is not New York, we don't cheat over here." This was really offensive and rude for him to say, because I am from New York; and he most likely knew that because I refilled my arcade card with an i.d card. He mumbled something else as he walked off, but I did not hear what he said. First off, I am a 21+ year old grown man who plays at casino tables. I have no interest in cheating at an arcade game. Second, the game he accused me of cheating at was a virtual bowling game, which means that the bowling pins were knocked down on the t.v screen. I know very well that rolling two balls down the bowling lane would not register both balls on the screen and consequently knock down more pins. After saying those words to me, he walked off and disappeared for the night. Not only did he wrongly accuse me of committing a classless act, but also attacked all individuals who are from New York. In addition, I witnessed the Kyle T being rude to another player. There was a basketball machine at end of the arcade which was not functioning properly, and balls were rolling out even though the game was not going on. A player was shooting those basketballs endlessly (technically playing for free). Instead of closing down the machine or politely approaching the player, he used the public address microphone and said something along the lines of, "If there's something wrong with the basketball machine, please feel free to notify staff members". He was being passive aggressive with his words and tone. After saying this on the mic, him and his colleague Jason continued watching the camera screen from their counter and laughed at the player who continued to shoot the basketballs. This was a very unprofessional and unnecessary thing for him to do. I am a legendary card holder, and I've spent over $3000 in this arcade. I will not tolerate this treatment and attitude from the staff, after giving the company so much of my money. This is not how they should be treating any their visitors, especially someone who frequently comes to play."
"Me and my daughter's absolutely love this place and it's wonderful staff. Games give out good amount of tickets for great prizes. They even have wonderful child care so you may have adult fun at the Sands and the rest of the compound, or some shopping. If your kids have complained about the other arcades horrible tickets and prizes take them here and they will absolutely love it."
