Tyler had my car inspected and said none of that was needed, then rotated my tires at no cost because they noticed uneven wear. "I went here recently after having gone here in the past..The customer service is good, they are knowledgeable and they even checked my tire for free, when it kept losing air, they found a slit on the inside wall. Well done, my only issue which is a huge one....is their prices. I know they are a small shop in a somewhat pricey small town. However, I was quoted almost $400 for one Yokohama tire. I removed the wheel at home and brought it in, so not sure why this quote was so high. I found the exact tire I needed replaced online from Priority Tire, for just under $100. These tire stores need to catch up to the times. The vendor sites they go through and the markups are costly to their customers during a time when every penny counts. Ultimately it will cause customers to look elsewhere. Again great customer service. Friendly, fast and knowledgeable, but the prices here....ouch."
