"Very disappointed to find that we are not spending enough money this time for PS&W to consider our project. Spent the afternoon on the phone only to find out from the owner that their "costs have escalated as we include a architect, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Project sales manager on every project which is typically unreasonable for projects under $50,000." PS&W did do a great job with our backyard deck/patio remodel back in the Fall of 2014 ($30,000+), we contacted them again for a seamless extension of our patio to include a swim spa incorporation with beautiful aesthetics. Since we are not buying the swim spa from them (didn't know they even sold swim spas!) and not spending another $50,000, we are on our own. Guess there's no piecemealing with this company. One and done."
