"I took my Acura TSX in for routine maintenance (fluid changes) and VA state inspection. I booked an appointment via their website - they had great availability and immediately confirmed the appointment. The owner (I think) - was really dialed in to the details and knew when I pulled in what I was there for just by glancing at the car. During the state inspection - I was advised that the headlights passed, but were getting hazed over and would be at risk for failing in the future. They offered a polishing service to restore the headlights for an actually reasonable price and I took them up on it. When I arrived to pick up the car - I think the manager himself took great pride in performing the headlight polishing to his standards and wanted to show off his handiwork. I think the staff take great pride in their work and it does show. The location was clean and well kept and I will be returning for future needs."

"I brought my jeep I had just bought in to be checked. Alex was extremely thorough, and came back with quite a list. He made sure everything with fixed and the jeep was safe! And got it back faster than I expected. He was very honest and didn’t try to add anything just because (like a lot of shops). Bobby was the absolute biggest help with all of this. He helped go back and forth with my dealership. And kept me informed through out the whole process. He made this entire thing as easy as possible for me. Would recommend him to everyone for car help!"

"Recently had a wonderful experience with Sys Tech Automotive 12/27/23: My car had a flat tire and knew it needed new tires/oil change anyway. Got it towed to Sys Tech Auto after I spoke to Bobby on the phone who quickly verified they have my car's tires in stock and the estimate. He told me they could get me in same day. Once there, they got my car back pretty quick. While I waited, the staff were very friendly and informative. You can tell they take time to explain vehicle processes to customers and work hard to get things done. I greatly appreciated how personable the staff was, especially Kevin. Honestly, you don't get this kind of customer service anymore so this was refreshing and put me at ease. The bill at the end was what I expected and not bad! I really liked that they pointed out suggestions/future concerns for my car. There was no pressure to get it all done same day nor even with their shop. They even sent me a copy of the concerns to my email/text which was helpful! All in all, I'm a happy customer who will be back again for future repairs and maintenance!"

"Brought my vehicle to SysTech because of price gouging at another shop. Bobby and Technician were very helpful showing me what was wrong and what was not. Very honest, respectful and very knowledgeable. It was a very nice change from the previous shop. Bobby had the parts brought in that day. The work was done right and on time. Waiting on the vehicle they made me feel welcome and confrontable while I was there. All and all I saved over $1000 in unneeded parts and labor going to SysTech Automotive. I will continue to return for all my automotive needs. Passing the word to anyone who have auto issues. Thank you Guys......."
