"Beware. We paid top dollar to have them reset coping block and put in new tile. The proposal description stated "Reset existing coping and installation of new tile" and "Re-Caulk Pool Perimeter". One area of coping block was never touched along a wall near the diving board. The block is still completely uncaulked! The company is now claiming that it wasn't included in the scope of work. Won't return calls. They already have our money! Be very careful if you're looking to have a major pool renovation completed."
