"I have had bad experiences in this branch. I have been to buy a Gif card for some time and a guy always charges me $10 or $15 more depending on the commission and today I went to buy one again and a different person attended to me and he only charged me the amount that I added to the gif card. I don't speak much English and the times I've gone they always yell at me or laugh at me, that's RACISM and they do the same with other Latin people. very bad experience and they always overcharge"

"The 7-11 itself is not terrible except for the occasional overflowing trashcan outside. The workers are nice and seem like honest people just trying to make a living. It's the people that hang outside of this one that are gross. People often overdosing close by and sometimes in the store. I once administered narcan to a guy on the floor. They can't help the location and the workers seem to try their best."

"1:46am NOT open. Yet it states they r open 24 hours? Inaccurate and I try to keep it positive but this is a joke. 2 7/11 in a row now listed as 24 hours open to customers and it’s not true. Please fix your hours Edited - upon seeing the reply of 7/11 I decided to use their link and explain the details of each store and exactly what their hours say. However these reply’s take you no where, in fact it’s purely for the public eye. To appear as if 7/11 corporate level cares and monitors negative reviews. This is proof that they in fact do not as that link they responded with is NOTHING but random irrelevant information that don’t correspond with the response left. That’s unacceptable and will lose a patron for ever due to the MISLEADING IMAGE YOU REPRESENT! should be ashamed !"

"When my dad asks them if we buy chicken sandwiches for $2.99, we get free big gulp? They said yes. When we order it. They said $3.77. Then my dad bought it. I say to my dad why the tax is too much. Then my dad went back to ask them why it is $3.77? When they say if we buy chicken sandwiches for $2.99. We will get free big gulp. They said it was tax. (Why is the tax so much?)"

"Great selection of sweets and I've noticed they are starting to stock healthy options in addition to the sweets we are used to .Great people, clean clean store and the checkout is fast. In the morning extremely crowded but they work fast. A great go to place for whatever you need in the way of snacks and everyday household items. This store is well taken care of and the people are a pleasure. Fast turnover with their merchandise also so you know what you are buying is current. Why would you not go there?"
