Walmart Supercenter

"Walmart used to be a really good store for almost everything you needed. But since the pandemic it seems to be going down hill. It can't or doesn't stock alot of things. They don't seem to care about the shelving in some places or if it's broken. They don't seem to clean the bathroom except once in a while. They have a unpleasant oder to them. They took out the benches so people can sit down. And if you sit on a cart they complain. So people take their carts to other places & sit on them. The manegers don't seem to do anything really except stand around & talk. I never see any doing any work. Smh."

"I added a star on this review because some of the employees are nice. Aracelis at the Customer Sercice desk is really nice and helpful. The others stand around like they don't know what to do or are avoiding doing their job at all costs. Like trust me, the place isn't a first choice for me either but at least you're getting paid. Probably not that well though, so I do understand. If Aracelis doesn't like her job, she does a great job at hiding it. I use Walmart as a last resort. It's a terrible company in general. This one is dirty. The parking lot and surrounding property has garbage all over. The receipt check at the exit is ridiculous. If they want to have people check themselves out with no discount or training, you get what you get Walmart. Their landscape is useless as well. Plant some native trees to make up for the pollution. Breathable air is more valuable than all the cheap plastic junk they sell."

"So many different things to purchase here. They really don't like when you sit on the furniture items. Bathrooms can use a good cleaning though. Before and after I used them."

"It's adequate but they never have enough charged driving carts for disabled people. They make a lot of mistakes when ordering online. There was one employee who went the extra mile for me when my cart died in the middle of shopping and he got me another one which was a miracle! Tall, dark, and handsome... I didn't get his name. Just his great customer service will keep me coming back. There are two other supermarkets in the area which always have driving carts for the disabled which I appreciate. Maybe you could have an appointment system."

"They didn't have the sneakers I was looking for but they did have the headphones I wanted. But the overall experience was great. The store was not crowded. I met some friendly people there and the staff was nice so I was happy overall."
