"After this has happened multiple times, and I attempted to reach customer service, I have no choice but to leave this review. At this location in Fresh Grocer there is habitually no one there and therefore no way of asking for sauce or even for chopsticks. After waiting a long while to finally grab the attention of someone from another department, they can hand you chopsticks but said that the sushi employee who is barely ever there told them that they are not allowed to give any customers sauce... Huh?? What is this? Why would you knowing that you won't be there for most of the day refuse paying customers a way of getting sauce? Why wouldn't you at the very least, pre-pack some in case a consumer asks for sauce while you are gone, which is most of the time? Is the supply cost of the sauce coming out of their paycheck? Is it negligence? Is it simply bad customer service? What is sushi without sauce?"
