"This company is owned by James Landot. He also owned Grass Guys Annapolis that went under. He still owes me a pre paid amount of $790.90, and has refused to refund my money. Do not do business with this man or any company he owns."
"Vista Pro installed our pool last year. It was far from a smooth process do to lack of communication and supply chain issues. The project manager was awful to deal with. He was never around and it was like pooling teeth to get him on the phone. After a month of no work I finally called the owner James. James was very responsive and informed me that the project manager no longer worked for the company. The project started moving forward quickly once James and Dave got involved. I was also receiving regular updates unlike before. The quality of the work is second to none. It took longer than expected but I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Vista Pro has exceeded my expectations when it comes to the service they have provided after the project was completed. We lost power this winter which caused the plumbing to freeze. James was a life saver! He was very responsive and quick to get out to my house to help save the equipment. Vista pro had me back up and running within 2 weeks"
"Initially, June 2022, Vista Pro came to our property and made a great effort in acquiring the project for our yard. Once the terms and design were agreed upon we signed the contract and provided proof of financing. At this point the client customer relationship took a turn for the worse. The initial sales representative, Georgino became dismissive with my wife who was the initial primary contact on our behalf. When she would call for updates on documents for HOA approval and start times she would be met with promises that he’ll call back but never did. After two weeks of failed communication, I reached out and immediately received the documents that were in need. This sparked the now ongoing inconvenient and unprofessional experience. The contract fine print is riddled with language suggesting 20 and 25% up-charges if there are changes to the agreement or delays beyond 60 days of signing. Within the initial 60 days of signing we never heard from Georgino again as he left the company and his replacement had not reached out to us to inform our party of the change in staff. At 90 days beyond the signing of our contract we still hadnt even received the material delivery. Once the construction commenced in October 2022, a member of Vista Pro’s organization showed up once in the month construction process while to our understanding later the individuals who were there daily with minimal to no supervision were outsourced subcontractors. Due to their absence, my wife reiterated via phone call that the patio install needs to be atleast 5 inches from our property line to insure availability for our fence install. We were told not to worry, those parameters would be met. During our project our irrigation unit needed to be rerouted which we agreed to allowing this to be done. Once complete, the irrigation unit was not fully functional and as we reached out to Vista Pro about the issue in hopes to get the water active over the yard again, the owner James Londot went as far as to say he did us a favor by rerouting the unit and the rest “is easy so we can do it ourselves”. After some back and forth they eventually sent a rep out to activate the water unit again. Now, March 2023, we’ve hired a company to provide a fence. Before the start of this install the fence company actually conducted a survey of our property and informed us that the Vista Pro project was done right at our property line, astride to our neighbors yard. The vista pro staff never surveyed our property and due to this they built our patio flush on our property line which has become an inconvenience for both us and our neighbors also placing us in violation of our HOA approval despite our request to remain within the provided yard limitations.ADDITIONALLY: to respond to your cry as victim google response, i’ve added text messages that show you tried your hand at abandoning a portion of the project and would often try to get us on the phone so you could exercise your con-man antics. You even go as far as to yelling at me on the phone for not completing the irrigation adjustment your guys started and blaming the behavior on a bad day. And we did discuss a fence because we originally had our fence scheduled for install for October 2022 and when i told you it was a concern we would miss our slotted install you asked for the fencing company’s contact as if you could mediate keeping our original date to compensate for your delays. The fence company actually measured and brought to our attention your team went beyond requested parameters so you cannot speak for them in saying they are not engineers as you do not know who is staffed there. It appears you are serving as a middle man and hiring subs to execute the work while hiding your hand, throwing tantrums and running off with customer’s money when things go wrong. Also Zach only came to our property twice during the 2 and a half month span it took to complete the project. As stated before the project broke ground and was minimally supervised in it’s entirety."
"This was a fun and great process to redo my whole backyard. From designing the patios, the pool, fencing and lighting. They did great work and really made sure everything was taken care of."
"After the kids grew up and moved out, we hired James Londot's firm to fill in an aging in-ground pool and create a backyard pond with a waterfalls. The design was wonderful with a stone patio extending over the pond and large rocks at the patio for sitting and feeding the fish. It is such a relaxing place to entertain or just enjoy an evening cocktail. My wife and I are both biology majors and love the birds, frogs, dragonflies, hummingbirds, and butterflies that visit our little preserve. We have something blooming from early Spring until the Fall thanks to James' design."
