"This is a takeout restaurant. If you use a card, the machine will not allow you to proceed without leaving a tip. The staff is not nice to you. They do not welcome you when you walk in, nor do they thank you for your business, yet they're demanding tips. Unbelievable and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back."

"Asked for a refund because they gave us the wrong item. They insisted we drive back to show it to them. We asked politely and told them we didnt want to drive back. They refused to refund $7 and said "we don't respect you because you dont respect us". Apparently expecting to receive the correct food is disrespectful."

"Several times I've ordered vegetable dumplings here and several times they've given me pork dumplings. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Order anywhere else. Even the food they got right wasn't very good and its too expensive."

"Wow! Significant drop in quality...no vegetable in the vegetable fried rice...no chicken on the General Tso's...just massive wads of breading. The filling in the spring roll was gross, slimy and weird. I used to love this place. I may give them one more shot, perhaps it was just an off night...but ugh...."

"I knew I shouldn't have ordered out during self-isolation, but I never expected to find a dead fly in the soy sauce for my dumplings - especially when I was on my last dumpling. Absolutely disgusted. It also took an hour and a half to get to my house. Will never eat here again."
