"This is a tale of two stores. Monday through Friday is normally a one woman show same excellent service daily. Weekends 6am no coffee 2 people working. Second weekend in a row and definitely my last."
"Normal 7-11. Only thing that's annoying is this the one Indian employee. Not only does he have a miserable look on his face every day but, I swear the guy is color blind or was intentionally taught as a child all the wrong names for colors of the rainbow. Every day I walk in there to buy a pack of American spirits and every day we play the same game where he doesn't understand the word turquoise. The color black is not turquoise. The color yellow isn't turquoise. Light yellow isn't turquoise. Light blue although close... isn't turquoise! The most frustrating one has to be the color black. How does anyone confuse black and turquoise. How does anyone confuse the color black with any other color. Not only are the packs color coded for easy understanding by anyone, but the name of the color is written on the pack in bold lettering. Every day for a year this guy plays the same game as if he suffers from amnesia or is just highly uneducated and unable to retain any sort of new information. This guys shouldn't be working behind the counter selling cigs if he can't recognize simple colors let alone brands of cigarettes. I don't even help him anymore I just stare at him blankly refusing to pay, waiting for him to smarten up while holding up the line of customer. I shouldn't have to teach the same kindergarten lesson to a grown adult over the age of 45 every single day. Sometimes I like to play a game where I ask him what the color of the sun is when he grabs a yellow pack. Then I ask him the color of the street when he grabs a black pack, dark yellow I ask him what color is his urine after being dehydrated. Green pack... what color is money. It's crazy how this guy simply doesn't know any colors of the rainbow and for over a year now refuses to learn."
"Haven't been here in some time after a few disputes with the disgruntled lady at the counter over the posted price. I get that it's a 711, I don't mean to come in making your day more difficult, god forbid you might have to do something more than just stand there, but they should do a better job of keeping the posted prices up to date, or at least hire some staff that can understand what the posted price says, rather than making up different excuses for why I'm the one in the wrong for showing you the posted price. If you're not going to use the prices you've posted, why even post them at all? Just take them down and surprise me, rather than trying to argue 75¢ on a regular basis."
"Asked the lady behind the counter for 2 brown bags. She almost cried. Not sure what's wrong with people anymore. You'd think the cost for these brown bags were coming from her paycheck. Not to mention the brown bag is the size of my hand. I get there are no more plastic bags but dont get mad when I ask for a brown bag. Im a paying customer with a toddler that has to walk home and instead of juggling ice cream and milk and chips while trying to hold her hand how about you just give me a bag that you don't pay for."
