"The manager of the station called me to apologize for the other manager’s attitude on the phone. He told me that they did do the tire rotation. Do to some people preferring to have the deeper tread on the back of the car to help with traction, they did the rotation like I asked. He agreed that the manager that originally called me could have handled the call better, explain things to me more clearly, and should not have jump to the conclusion that my vehicle tire pressure sensors were wrong. I appreciate the station managers call and his willingness to make things right. I will give the location another chance at my business. I brought my vehicle in for service and requested an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipers. They completed the service and I went on my way. While driving I noticed that the air pressure for all of the tires was low and were all different PSI’s. When I got home, I looked at the tread of the tires and noticed that the smaller tread was still on the front of the car, and the deeper tread was on the back. This caused me to look at the hubcaps, and saw that the front ones were still more dirty from break dust them in the back. I called the store and talk to the manager and questioned if they forgot to do the tire rotation. He said that he remember doing the tire rotation and that even if they saw that it didn’t need one, they would still have rotated the tires because the customer requested them to do it. I told him that I keep good records of my service, and that my records showed that I needed a tire rotation. He said that he knows they did it, and that he put the same hubcaps back on the front. That’s why they’re still dirty. When I mentioned about the tire pressure being uneven and low he said that my sensors on the car was wrong and I should take it to the dealer to have it fixed. Instead of doing that, I got my tire gauge and air compressor and I checked it myself. They were all low just like the car’s sensors indicated. I filled them to the correct psi, and they have been holding steady at that psi and the sensors are correct. I also checked under the hood, since I was not convinced the service was done with the tires to check the oil. The oil was clean and topped off, but there was a fair amount of oil that was spilled onto the shroud of the engine. I’m very disappointed in this visit to Jiffy lube. So much so that I don’t believe I will go back. One of two things happened with the rotation. One, which I don’t believe to be the case, the tires did not need a rotation, and they rotated them anyhow instead of being professionals, looking at the wear on the tires, and coming in and telling me that they don’t think they need the rotation. Two, the were not rotated. I I know that the tire pressure was not checked or filled as it should have. The defensiveness and matter-of-factness of the manager was not appreciated."

"These folks are fantastic, especially Preston. In less than 5 minutes after lining up Preston walked up and ask how he could help. He went through my options for the oil change, explaining the differences and costs. He also went over the additional services that were included, vacuuming, window cleaning, topping fluids, etc. You do have the option to wait in your car but their waiting room is pretty comfortable. As we walked through the bay area Preston pointed out the location of the restrooms and what the waiting room offered, e.g. TV, wi-fi, coffee, drinks, etc. The prices are comparable to other locations but the service here is outstanding! I also didn’t think there was pressure to receive additional or unnecessary services."

"Went to Jiffy Lube for oil change and because Check Engine light was on. Although the technician promised to diagnose Check engine light, they forgot after I agreed to 500 in other services. A technician came with his computer and diagnosed it after we paid and was in the car to leave since the light was still on. Extremely poor service!"

"Excellent service. Quickly completed car. 30 minutes - oil change, tire rotation, flushed the radiator, added fluids where necessary, wash all the windows, and vacuumed the inside. Perfect."
