Reviews of Cox & Bishay, LLP
"Kimberly Cox is an experienced, knowledgeable, strong, ethical family law attorney in Chester County. Her reputation for a professional, straightforward forward, honest approach makes her a top lawyer in her field. She guided me through a difficult divorce w lot of patience, facts, knowledge of the law, and kindness. She was fair and acts with integrity in all matters."
"I’ve used Kim multiple times over the years. Without a doubt, she is the most thorough, professional, and efficient attorney I’ve ever worked with. Her kindness and dedication in sensitive situations is remarkable. Rarely do you find a professional, let alone a person, who instills as much confidence as Ms Cox."
"Kim Cox was an inspiration and life saver during a family member’s difficult divorce. She never hesitated to talk to us after hours when we needed her support. She showed patience and compassion as she guided our family during an extremely tough time. Not only is she a superb attorney, she’s also one of the sweetest people I know."
"Mediator?.. not for any of my African American clients. Can't speak for everyone but Kimberly Cox is definitely a person who doesn't have the best interest in a child’s well being. I encourage her to find another career as mediator does not fit her with her aggressiveness and maniac outbursts . I can't help but to be transparent but people like Kimberly need to be called out. In that regard, I have two clients that are caucasian and felt they had a good experience with Kimberly but sadly none of my deserving minority clients shared the same experience. She shows favor during mediation if you have had a previous experience with her or her family outside of mediation(Henderson high school/children). This bias treatment is alarming and should not be tolerated."
"I am a family member of someone who paid for Kimberly Cox service. As they were leaving her place of business I could hear her screaming at the top of her lungs. Hearing her yell in such manner at someone who was not only there paying for a service with her but coming to her for help in reference to a very sensitive and serious matter was heart wrenching. The experience that was told to me was that of someone who was judged from moment they stepped foot inside her place of business. Questions were asked and my family member was rudely interrupted and never given the opportunity to finish their answer. As a professional and someone in her field of work I think it’s safe to assume that when asking questions it is of common courtesy to wait until the person who is speaking to completely finish. You should also not present yourself as if you are choosing a side in mediation but take on the role as someone who understands both parties. This job is not for her because she presented herself to take sides of one party and that is not what she is being compensated to do. She would also go on to ask questions about a certain program and my family member answered and then she went on to insult my family members level of understanding by asking a rhetorical question in reference to the program. She created conflict of interest by bringing up her personal life to make a connection with the opposing party which totally made my family member uncomfortable. Kimberly Cox’s behavior was beyond unacceptable. No one should ever be yelled at and talk to in such despicable manner. The switch in behavior is very concerning and frightening for anyone. This behavior started all because my family member expressed how they felt they were being treated. Everyone has a right to say how they feel but Kimberly had no right to treat someone with such behavior. I would advice her to take a cultural training course and anger management. Loosing control like that when handling people at such vulnerable moments is devastating and damaging."
