"We checked out our favorite seafood place for the 1st time since they changed ownership. I have to say, Chris is missed! There is nobody now that takes your drink order as soon as you sit down (we loved that) & nobody watching over the kitchen & patrons to make sure all is good. They did apologize for slow service, but this would have never happened with Chris running the show... he was so hands-on to cover for everyone. He also would help make cocktails when things got busy. It took 15min to order our beers and another 15 before they showed up at the table. Even messed up the beer order but I wasnt going to turn it back, was parched lol. New floor is a great improvement & soup was good. Bread came out hot but their infamous butter mix was not up to par. Like it sat too many days in the fridge past its prime. The house dressing for the salad was completely tasteless, how did they manage to even not get that right? The salmon special with artichoke was not good: the artichokes were refrigerator cold & the veggies & salmon were just barely warm...Unacceptable. Such a disappointment that the new ownership failed us. We will give it another try and hopefully see improvements. But in the meantime we now have to travel much further to have a nice seafood dinner with good service. Chris, you are missed!!!"

"Spent a few days in the area at a cabin. First time in the area. I did some research prior to our trip and saw this place. This was number one on my list of restaurants I wanted my family and I to go to. So happy we were able to. Great spot.. everything was absolutely delicious. Best crab cakes I've ever had. Great value for what you get too."

"The best seafood I’ve had. We split the crab stuffed shrimp and the fried mozzarella. The owner and waitress were amazing and treated us like locals! Amazing, can’t wait to try more!"

"This is most definitely one of the best restaurants in the area. We have never had anything but amazing meals here. Everything is delicious .Some of our favorites are the coconut prawns for an appetizer and the tuna martini. If you want a great meal this is the place."
