"Nancy was the most unpleasant, most unprepared attorney I have ever come in contact with. We met with her at the end of feb, 2021, regarding my mother becoming the executrix for her parents estate. Emailed many times asking for the same information over and over again, five months later still had nothing prepared. She did absolutely zero work on the estate and sent us the itemized bill when we asked for our retainer fee of 1500 dollars back....she actually had the audacity to charge us 300 dollars an hour when she reviewed emails from us explaining she had all the information already provided to her. We have since fired her and gone elsewhere and they are helping us petition for our retainer back...she also has zero empathy, she asked to have my deceased grandmother come in and sign documentation....just awful, absolutely awful.
