"The member service is very poor. In the past, there have been membership cards. This year, to save money, they even terminate the cards. Also, the club doesn't send mail to member anymore, at least I didn't get any mail from the club to update member information this year. Another problem is the membership itself. Initially when I signed up the membership, I was told that I could transfer membership. When I request transferring membership, there is no such option any more, and I am informed to deactivate the membership instead. I can see the club is declining now, poorly managed and lack of leadership."

"JOIN THIS POOL!!! Join the swim team! We have great coaches, like Coach Andrew, Coach Ivana, and Coach Elizabeth. If you want your children to have amazing summer memories for the rest of their lives, join the swim team. You won’t regret you’ll make tons of friends and we really need more kids 13+, but under 13 would be great too. You’ll love it! I promise."
"I have been a member for about 25 years and this pool has been great for our family. It is always clean, well-maintained, and a friendly group of member families. The lifeguards are very nice to the children. Every hour they have a 15 min. adult swim which is great to get some laps in. It is a wonderful facility for summer fun and the renovation a couple of years ago upgraded all the major facilities including adding a pool heater which is great at the very beginning and end of the season. They are very accommodating for parties and special occasions."
"I've been a member here for three years now. The pool is clean, the lifeguards are cooperative, and it has an upper deck with tables, great for eating at or having parties. It's a very nice setting- there's a basketball court, volleyball court, a ping pong table, and a tether ball. At MSCSC, there's a well with a diving board and slide, several lanes, and general swimming area, a shallower, smaller area, and a completely separate, cute baby pool with some fountains. I love the place- I'm on the swim team there, and all the members are just a big, happy family."
