"Place is great for kids. However the dining experience was terrible. I didn't mind waiting a half hour for our food. I didn't mind the oj that had a sour taste (they must have changed it because it used to be great)....but we were served raw chicken. My child didn't realize it until she ate 3 BBQ boneless wings. Server quickly removed the food. Manager could have cared less."

"I was here for a birthday party yesterday. It was an amazing place & the kids had a blast! However, the reason for my lower rating is in regards to the food service. You are not allowed to bring in outside food & drinks (understandable), but there isn't any snacks or drinks easily available. We were in a private room for 3 hours and wanted to order food & drinks. They have a very nice restaurant area, but you had to sit in to order. We wanted to stay with the birthday party. After being bounced around to several people the young boy at the shoe counter & Alana finally helped me and got an order placed for us. They were kind, but the hostess at the restaurant was rude and wasn't helpful at all! When you spend a few hours here you are going to get thirsty and need to be able to easily purchase drinks. We left early because everyone was thirsty & trying to get a drink was too much of a hassle."

"One of the best Arcades I've been to in Pennsylvania. 814 Lanes and Games Johnstown PA. The service was outstanding from the restaurant to the customer service desk. New machines and an awesome selection of games. A fantastic place to go with family/ friends. We had a blast! They even have laser tag, escape rooms and bowling. We will be back to do the rest as we got caught up in arcades and didn't have time to do the rest. This place is large and stays open late as well, so whatever your schedule you can be sure to have time and go have some fun."

"This is a great addition to the area with great fun for many ages. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, and escape room all combined together for a time out of fun or even party options. If you haven't planned a birthday party here you should look into it. Prices are reasonable and kids all enjoy it. The staff walks you right through everything and helps you along the whole event. Highly reccomend. The attached restaurant is also a great value add. If you need a break go grab some food! Fantastic pairing of many kinds of entertainment."
