"I would have given a rating of less than 1 star if there was one available. This travel business is a complete rip-off because they trick customers into giving them money by promising them phony assurances, but after the money has been given, they forget all of their promises and don't even return their calls. I wouldn't advise anyone to conduct business with them. I applied for both my parents for Hajj 2022 they only refunded half my deposit and haven’t refunded me the rest of the money."

"This is a Fraud company!!! Please stay away, don't send them your hard earned money for Hajj or Umrah services, they take your money and never respond back. The owner of this company is a SCAM artist, right now he has fled from US due to number of complaints against him. All the other positive reviews are FAKE from his own people!!!! "I registered for hajj in 2020 to Saeed the owner of Labaik tours. Due to pandemic the Hajj did not take place and Saeed promised me he will refund Hajj money if I wait for a year. He never responded to any of my emails and very rarely answered my calls. Even after so many months when I again asked for my Hajj money as he requested earlier, he needed some time, but Saeed ended up blocking me saying don’t waste time and money and read contract. I always refrained from writing this review thinking one day Saeed will stick to his commitment and return my hajj money, but he ended up deactivating all his contacts."

"I applied for my mother in law and father in law. We deposited 8,000. They emailed us saying that Saudi cancelled Hajj for USA for 2022. They sent us forms to give our bank information and till today they haven’t sent our money back. They are going to take $500 for each person even though we didn’t cancel it was Saudi that did. They disconnected their phone numbers so no one can reach them and they don’t reply back to their emails."

"I would Highly recommend anyone going "ALONE or with FAMILY" to go with Labaik Tours ... You will not be disappointed ... They go above and beyond to meet your needs ... I truly believe in " Quality over Quantity " and although many suggested Labaik Tours is not that well known, I should go with another well known company. However I am a person that is an experienced traveller who travels 400,000+ miles a year for work, I compared the packages and Labaik Tours was offering SAME if not BETTER for FAR LESS of a PRICE with meeting 5 STAR QUALITY standards !!! After our trip, some did not believe how I stayed in such 5 star hotel and did so much for so Less ... I came to find out - He is not doing this for $$$, infact he is a very successful business man whose passion is to take others to MECCA & MEDINAH so he ensures all guest are treated the same and quality is there without pocketing much profit. The Owner of Labaik Tours Mr Saeed , if you go with him You will NOT REGRET IT ... Best of luck in your trip :)"
