"This is a travel agency that provides a tour leader. These trips are for women only, single, married whose husbands won’t travel, divorcees, widows. This is an opportunity to meet and make new friends from all walks of life. I’ve always had a roommate with no bad experiences but you need to be courteous and flexible. The accommodations that they arrange are nice, meals are good depending on the type of trip. For example on this hiking trip for lunch we had to pickup crackers, etc for lunch. You know these things if you read the agenda. Dinner later was fabulous. Once again understand what you’ve signed up for and be flexible. The tour leader may or may not be familiar with the area and depending on the type of tour they may hire knowledgeable guides. The tour leaders work very hard to make your trip enjoyable. Every woman I’ve met on these trips had to have the courage to take that first trip. Everyone of them will tell you it was worth it."
