The ladies in the office patiently fielded our multitude of questions, Mike, one of the dock hands briefed us on various aspects of the boat we needed to know prior to the Captain arrival. Making the reservations, etc, was efficient and done expeditiously. We felt we were in super good, safe hands with Captain Rob and we learned a great deal from him regarding the prospects of sailing. He is very knowledgeable of the ecosystem of the Chesapeake, knows all the fun things to do on the Chesapeake and is very personable. We are looking forward to future cruises with Waypoints and Captain Rob!"
