"So went in to the shell yesterday and was paying for gas and was waiting to put my number in to get my disppcount since gas is so high and the new girl was so nasty to me about it I did inform her she didn't have to be so rude there is no reason to be that nasty to anyone someone best do something with her before I pull her through that window"

"The new girl that works there has horrible customer service! Bad attitude and always on her phone. She won't even lay her phone down to wait on a customer. Several people have told me they won't even go there anymore because of her! Other than that I guess it's ok! Ash is awesome! Always friendly and attentive to the customers!"

"This review is written on my mom’s behalf. She talked to the mechanic about getting her car Maryland inspected. The mechanic was very nice to her. He said bring it by anytime. He completed the work and certified it. This place charges less than other stations for this service. I highly recommend them!"

"It's not the largest place but excellent for a local stop. I enjoy stopping here before and/or after work. It's on the way, the pumps are easy to get in and out of. I've never been inside the shop; however from an outside view it appears to be small and most likely stocked with what sells. They have bays for repairs and if you're local and need some work it's convenient."

"This is my first review, have never written a review i have 2002 Mercedes Benz and i am student moved from New York to Maryland had to do car inspection and no one would touch a foreign car or they would ask for a lot money to do the stuff. I by some recommendations went to this garage at this shell pump, they did great job. Inspection done small things car needed were done and mechanic named awais was very honest person and had great knowledge, repaired my antifreeze leak, changed engine oil along with filter and some bulbs.. i am very happy with the service and would recommend."
