"1-27-2024, I called this location and a male representative answered the phone. As I requested days to travel, the male continued to change my days. I tried to explained and to quote my travel days, the male hung the phone up for no apparent reason and he said that he’ll call me back. I believe this man was having a bad day and you need to have patience to what a customer wants. This is not the way to treat a customer. Further more, I hope the manage keep into account that customer service is a must. I hope they fix this problem. I like the air travel discount packages they offered at this location, however I like to be treated with good customer service when I’m spending my money."
