"IF I COULD GIVE 1/4 STAR, I WOULD. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HOW DO YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CALL PEOPLE TWO DAYS BEFORE THEIR TRIP TO DUBAI TO INFORM THEM THAT YOUR NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO GO. A TRIP THAT SOME FOLKS HAD BEEN PAYING ON FOR ALMOST A YEAR. A LOT OF PEOPLE WEREN'T ABLE TO GO HOWEVER MY WIFE AND HER SORORS WERE ABLE TO GO. SHE GETS ON THE PLANE AND FOR PROBABLY TWO DAYS. DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING TO ANYONE. HALF THE STUFF WE WERE PROMISED DIDN’T HAPPEN. SHE IS A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR. TOLD US SEVERAL TIMES THAT SHES WORKING WITH HER INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET BACK THE MONEY WE HAVE LOST. (GOING ON SINCE APRIL OF 2023) I WANT MY DAMN PICTURES TAKEN OFF THE PAGE. THE NERVE TO SNEAK PICTURES ON HER PAGE AS IF WE HAD A GREAT TIME WITH HER. IF IT WASN’T FOR THE LADY WE MET IN DUBAI. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT TO OUR OWN DEVICES TO FIGURE OUT THINGS. HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AND EVEN WORST HUMAN BEING. AS I READ THE REVIEWS, ITS AMAZING THAT PEOPLE STILL GO ON VACATION USING HER. NEVER AGAIN, I WOULDN’T BOOK A TRIP TO HERSHEY PARK WITH HER"

"I have booked travel with Golden Voyage on 3 occasions. Two cruises and one land base. I have had nothing but amazing results with this company. My last trip with Golden Voyage was to London. Rolanda, owner and operator, had everything planned out and she was very organized. She’s now not only my travel agent but she’s become a friend as well. She has a heart of gold. Thank you Rolanda for the experiences and memories that will last a lifetime."

"Absolutely Horrible and Devastating! Wish I could give Zero stars. Never went on my trip to Dubai. The travel agent said she overbooked. She said she had cancelations that led to her not having money to cover the trip. She notified me three days before the trip that the trip was CANCELED and that we had the option paying for airfare again and getting reimbursed. Airfare to Dubai approx $4000 for two people round trip! Needless to say this was not a viable option and made no sense. This has caused major emotional turmoil and I feel manipulated and robbed! I have asked for my money back because I paid FULL price for my trip and I want my money back. She also told us to use our insurance to cover her mistake. This was ridiculous! We want our money back or we will be suing this establishment! Oh and she went on the trip! She sacrificed her clients and went on the trip! I will NEVER use this establishment again."

"Rolanda was the absolute most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. She was late to our initial meeting (which she ended up having to zoom with us from her car) then she was late getting us the proposal and it would take her weeks sometimes even a full month to take out authorized payments. She was incredibly rude and we found out once we canceled because she was so rude that even though we asked for travel insurance ON HER FORM she never purchased it. Do not book with her she is awful and literally anyone else would do a better job."

"If I could give this company zero stars I would! If your looking for a lack of customer service, incorrect or lack of information, minimal communication and no accountability then book with Rolanda. You would be better off booking your accommodations yourself than to book with Golden Voyage! My experience with her started off pleasant. She seemed as if she was a seasoned travel agent and knew her line of work. I quickly found out that was not the case. My experience with her is too much to type but I was appalled by her lack of information sharing as it related to Covid-19 protocols and transportation just to name a few. Me and my travel group almost got stuck at our destination cause we didn’t have information on how/where to get Covid tests. Luckily the front desk was able to assist and accommodate my whole group of 8. We got the last appointment of the day, the day before our departure. When it was time to leave, Our transportation from resort to the airport was not booked properly leaving us standing at the hotel front desk waiting for transportation that was never coming. Thank god our “transportation reservations” were at 10 am - early enough that the delay didn’t make us miss our 2 o’clock flight. So when transportation didn’t show up by 10:20 we asked the front desk what was going on only to find out nothing was booked. We had to scramble to find transportation that would get us to the airport by noon for a 2 o’clock international flight back to the U.S. There were other things that happened but I think u get the jist. I will never book with her or her company ever again and don’t suggest u do either. Traveling is supposed to be relaxing not full of stress because the person you paid didn’t do their job!"
