"We had some of the best sushi EVER at this small, fairly new spot next to the fish market. We were living in Paoli temporarily between homes, and finding this place was the highlight of our stay. "This is the place you wanna go if you want the best quality of sushi and sashimi in mainline. I was disappointed at a few sushi places nearby although they got 4.5 stars in google, so another Friday night I decided to try this new place and was hoping a seafood market should have the fresh fish for their sushi restaurant. Luckily I was right. Not only the freshness of fish, their chefs know their food: wasabi is the real wasabi, not the type that you get from a grocery store, it's truly added to the taste of sushi; salmon is fat but not greasy; sushi rice is short grained and not that sticky; every single piece we got is perfect. It was a surprise to me, strongly recommended."
